Annual Chili Cook Off

Do you like to eat chili, or make chili? Or is chowder/soup more to your taste?
Come to South Church’s annual Chili Cook Off. Taste testing and entertainment begin at 5:30pm, cooks arrive at 5pm with a crockpot of chili (or chowder/soup) to set up for judging. Prizes and bragging rights awarded for the following categories: Best Overall, Vegetarian, Name, Kids, Spiciest, and Best Chowder/Soup. Youth and kids (8th grade and younger) are encouraged to enter. Mac and cheese, and chicken nuggets will be offered for tender palates. Feel free to bring a homebaked good for dessert.
